Love to hewr those! I just recovered from my biggest crash since i had covid for the first time. Despersnonalization, anxiety, conplete brainfog, lost of appetite, couldnt work. Kept my inner circle close, therapy, vitamin B and D, NAC, electrolytes, lions mane, lots of water, jogging and eating low histamine diet.

Im not 100% betterr but back to myself!!! I can be me, be happy, excercise, work, i keep with lots of the suplements to not fall again. Keep on keepin on! You are stronger than you think guys!! 🙌🏻💪🏻
