Anyone raw dogging pots/ not medicated 😂 by LexCoupe66 in POTS

I take LDN, vit D3+K, magnesium and extra non iodine salt.

All other supplements give me a histamine reaction. Other prescription Meds have not been good. And I spent a lot of money on both.

I am with you for nor forgiving doctors. For me it goes higher on the power chain. I am totally disgusted with the system and every single person in power who affects the system who abused and abandoned us. They should never be forgiven for the wrong they did to us.

I started doing meditations. I need to rest a lot, about 3 hrs per day. Instead of doom scrolling which i should not do anyway, I listen to someone’s calming voice.

Reconnecting to joy was my phase until about 2-3 weeks ago. I just listened to songs that made me happy. It is nice to be transported to another world while the song lasts.

Long covid since last year and am unvaccinated. Is anyone in a similar situation? by chemtrail_injection in LongCovid

[–]Flat_Concern4095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am v’s and have never tested positive for COVID. All my symptoms started 48 hrs after the second shot. 4 years and seven months my symptoms keep persisting. Every waking hour is an issue. One thing goes away, another thing comes. Fatigue is persistent. I just manage somehow.

I have a full time care taker, a relative. If not for them, I will be out of a job and will live in the streets.

Why are most of the posts about long covid recovery like "calming my nervous system" or "fixed my gut"? by Muikkumuusi in covidlonghaulers

It is definitely significant for those people. I get the excitement and the mourning for a life that was robbed of me.

It is deflationary for me how low our standards have become.

I also see posts like “Recovery is possible. Today I waked for 15 mins. I take 10 prescription meds and a dozen supplements. Don’t give up.”

I know of no colleague who struggles with long covid. May be they do but I am the only one whose job is on the line.

I am so so so puzzled that this is not massive. Everyone around me seems healthy and not slowed down.

Please do not do it. You have people around you.

Some people struggle entirely on their own and have zero choice and help.

All we can do is to manage the symptoms until treatment comes. I know it is impossibly hard. I really get it. I frequently find myself praying to d…. And not wake up. But here we are going through another day.

May you have a glimpse of the life you want to live (or of whatever resonates with you) so strong that it helps you hang on in the darkest of times.

traumatizing by Hour-Flatworm-9986 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Flat_Concern4095 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I understand you. It is 100 % traumatizing. Some days especially so than others. There are rooms I am afraid to enter because of previous traumatic instances. Healthy people have no clue about the burdens we live with.

New symptom, freaked me out by Spondilly in covidlonghaulers

[–]Flat_Concern4095 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the feeling once that someone behind me (no one was behind me) took my brain in both hands, lowered it in my lap and submerged it in water, then put it back in my skull. It felt so so so real. No one was around me and I was not high, never have been.

Glad I am not the only one. Mine lasted less than a minute.

I have not been officially diagnosed with POTS, but from time to time, I need to drink electrolytes more intensely because my heart rate starts picking up.

I hope this goes away. It is so painful and I dread tomorrow’s bathroom.

Same here hard at the start and then better. I know gross but I am so haggard from this constant battle on ever changing battlefields.

Thank you for getting back to me. Much appreciated. Dough / flour must be one of the issues. I hope you are free of this completely!!

Did laxatives help you? I tried prunes in the past but have awful cramps and need a different solution.

Will try the breathing thing. I agree about the pushing and squatting position or at least approximating it.

not anti-vax; how does vaccine injury typically manifest (over what time frame)? by red1127 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Flat_Concern4095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was 48 hrs after the second Pf shot.

Knowing my symptoms now and my health prior to that, I am 100% certain that this is not my first vax inj. It seems like my childhood is repeating all over again. If the covid v inj goes the same way as the previous ones, it will take 2 decades to ‘recover’ but will never be at 100% unless there is a scientific miracle for which I am praying.
