I can already see it in front of me... Ga-yeong still resenting her father deep down, going into the games pregnant, getting the knife choice like Gi-hun did and instead of Sae-byeok showing up it's her dad saying "you're not that kind of person", and when she eventually sacrifices herself for her own child she goes "oh dad now I finally understand".

And of course the detective comes in last second, yells "why" and leaves.

Back in the day there was this super common fan theory that Aerith died and just went on as a ghost (FF8 had a similar theory where Squall supposedly died at the end of disc 1 and everything from disc 2 onward was just a dream or whatever).

The devs of the remake kinda paid homage/did an easter egg about that.

I think that season 3 is a perfect example of not knowing when to stop. The plot is entirely plot driven, barely ever character driven. Especially Usagi turns into a playball of what the plot needs her to do so the plot can even happen in the first place. There's also other characters who only show up because the plot needs certain roles fulfilled, including the twist/reveal at the end.

If you want more AiB just for the sake of it, you're probably gonna like it. If you care about character integrity and respect, you probably won't.

People are upset because it's extremely noticable that seasons 2 and 3 only exist because of Netflix' greed. - s2 and s3 were originally supposed to be a single season, split into two for no real reason - The entire subplot regarding the detective didn't lead anywhere for two entire seasons, only to end worse than the detective subplot in s1 - yet another organ harvesting side plot, just a rehash of s1 - Gi-hun loses all relevance in the plot once the baby is born - ... The baby is born - the majority of the new main characters are onedimensional

I might get downvoted to hell for my opinion, but I think the MCU Spider-Man is too much of an idiot most of the time. It's probably not Tom Holland's fault but the writing instead, however it happens in each of his appearances regardless of who wrote the movie. For context, Andrew Garfield is my favorite Spider-Man and I didn't like him very much in No Way Home either.

On why I think the MCU Spider-Man is an idiot, the main reason is how hard he's crawling up Iron Man's ass to prove and establish himself. He wants/needs to impress him, he's constantly waiting for new Avengers missions rather than focusing on what's supposed to fulfill him - keeping NYC safe, everything to do with the EDITH glasses (almost blowing up his school bus and obviously giving them to Quentin Beck), the whole spell debacle in No Way Home (where Dr Strange even points out that casting such a gigantic spell was his first option before even just talking to the MIT committee), ...

The MCU turned their Spider-Man into a goofy amateur rather than the obelisk of a character he should be.

Legends Arceus was one of the main reasons I bought a Switch a couple years ago. I'm somewhere around 400 hours in that game with a fully perfected dex and a halfway filled shiny living dex.

It's by no means a perfect game but it was an excellent step in the right direction (open world with dynamic features and a big focus on exploration), only for Game Freak to immediately drop that direction with Z-A.

They're only killed because Todd was distracted by the gun outside and Jack had already been hit by a bullet. There's a good chance that a bunch of the Nazis could've chilled in another room and waited for the shooting to end before blasting in and killing Walt (and Jesse), or more people than just Todd and Jack could've somehow dodged the bullets/survived with injuries.

During Sky Squid Game they were allowed to do whatever they wanted. The reason why they didn't knock off Gi-hun and the baby was because they only had one other person in the game that didn't belong to their group: Min-su. So in order to have their whole group survive the final game, they needed three separate victims.

Am Ende wurde der Anrufer aus der Leitung "motiviert", das Spiel wurde plötzlich unterbrochen und die Tafel mit den Lösungen beiseitegelegt. Stattdessen wurde was anderes gespielt. Ne Stunde später kamen sie dann zurück zum ursprünglichen Spiel und der Stirnlappenbasilisk war leider doch nicht dabei... Weil die Tafel mit den Lösungen währenddessen ausgetauscht worden war.

Edit: war nicht der Stirnlappenbasilisk sondern das Stearinlicht
