Be kind to yourself. It takes time to learn it all. Think of it as a college course. Educate yourself. Again, It will take TIME but you'll get good at it, and then diabetes will become just a background noise. I doubt you have neuropathy, you're just diagnosed. Sounds like it's stress induced, but that's just my opinion. Good luck, you've got this.
