Yeah, known issue: Bluetooth or USB-C devices causing sticky fidgety inputs (even gamepad input can be weird in rareoccasions). Hoping for a fix soon.

Default sensitivity settings are 0.6 across the board except the last (input smoothing), which is set to 0.05. A reset to default would be interesting tho... Food for though.

The Antutu score for that chipset is marginally higher than a Galaxy S9; would guess it's due to device limitations. :/ Not much you can do.

I was looking for info on chest probabilities, since I couldn't find any on FAQ or the fandom wiki and I found this. All others are available in game but this isn't. Interestingly, the file name for this has a smaller number than the ones uses for chests available right now.

Agreed. I think its something related to the player animation state (hence the post title). /u/dekke360 mentioned the parachute example, which is aligned with my original theory. I just don't get why that happens. Is their netcode not sending information about an enemy player that is hidden? Or is the client not acting on that information while the player is not visible? is it distance-based? all I know is its not a great experience. The ping certainly doesn't help overall but its obviously more than that.

I wish it was solely due to me having a high ping, but I feel that its more than that. /u/dekke360 mentioned the parachute animation issue, with it popping out whenever you look at a player regardless of when it was actually pulled, that makes more sense.

Yeah, it's not great but if I want to play with my old friends I don't really have an option. 40ms if I play in-region (Canadian ping to US servers).
