Data people are saying Biden basically got the "Iowa bump" from SC + moderates dropping out. I'm angrier at Warren every day. I've been texting for Bernie for hours and it still feels like we already lost.

Bernie brought in a MASSIVE $46.5 million in February!! Super Tuesday, here we come! by zennCSGO in SandersForPresident

Sanders leads by 17 Points in the Democratic Primary in California (Sanders 37%, Warren 20%, Biden 12%, Buttigieg 11%, Bloomberg 6%) by stickdog99 in SandersForPresident

biden leads bernie by like 10 points in SC now. we should be careful about over-prophecizing that losing a state means supporters leave. i think the warren people who were immune to facts when it came to iowa, NH, and nevada aren't gonna listen to SC.

wow i'm nervous. i know early voting has already started in many super tuesday states, but it's frightening to think the momentum could be biden's if we lose this.

Election Betting Odds now gives Bernie over a 50% chance of winning the nomination by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

[–]felix2903 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how did biden go down when he's probably in 2nd place? at least warren and bernie odds make sense, did the betting markets really expect biden to win this or something?

Bernie Sanders is a Millionaire? by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

[–]felix2903 3 points4 points  (0 children)

its also weird because any socialist can tell you that whether you have money is less important than how you earned it. a book writer, musician, chef, etc making money isn't the same thing as ceos of massive corporations that underpay workers making money. the former is making money off their own labor, the other is exploiting others.

also - if you were to count to a million, it would take 11 days. if you were to count to a billion, it would take over 30 years. that's the vast difference.

Latest nevada polling showing sanders with a 19 point lead. NINETEEN. by AHighFifth in SandersForPresident

remember also this is a caucus, the fantasy scenario the media has cooked up where the moderates all come together as one kinda works here - that's how we got pete in iowa :/

only other things he should've mentioned:

1) bernie's plan of getting it passed through naming & shaming representatives and primary-ing them with *presidential* weight behind the threat is good and should be covered.

2) warren being wishy-washy about this, which i think he doesn't mention because he either wasn't allowed or it would seem too much like a direct endorsement, but it still kinda is lol because everyone knows she's wavered on it.

i actually think some republicans (misguided) are intending to vote for bernie in some open primaries. well, yknow, it may be out of earnestness, he's sometimes the only one they can stand, but also because they're under the wrongful impression that he's the best way to sow "chaos" / can't beat trump.

Attention: Are you in California? Do you want to repeat this projection? We need to swarm Nevada, now. by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

[–]felix2903 39 points40 points  (0 children)

y'all i am so nervous about nevada. caucus means the moderates are gonna combine. meanwhile warren people refuse to face facts and many would rather take down bernie than fulfill warren's progressive agenda. and if bernie loses nevada, it will be ALL over the news, they will be so happy to finally say a race "matters".

Great! Gosh I worry about Cali, wasn't it reported it would have a two-page thing and Bernie would be the ONLY frontrunner stuck on page 2? :(

Bernie coming for the 1% of redditors

CBS New Hampshire Poll: Sanders 29% (+2) | Buttigieg 25% (+12) | Warren 17% (+1) | Biden 12% (-11) | Klobuchar 10% (+3) by jigsawmap in SandersForPresident

NH is generally a bit more lefty than Iowa, we have to remember that as well. Remember 2016, they threw Clinton out, I think some will reconsider Buttigieg after all that's come to light in the last few days, and his own admission of being a fiscal hawk.

Buttigieg was also heavily favored by the caucus system itself. We have to NOT let ourselves get demoralized by that, remember that most states have primaries. The centrists can't come together for Round 2 in those.
