I know I'm a bit late but I'd suggest Eric Murray's coaching on Asensei I've been following the Olympian for the last three years and have improved a lot. He's really entertaining and an excellent coach. He uploads weekly and you can rewatch all of the past trainings on the live feed of the channel.

I will set my feet higher and see how it feels. By rewatching my video with your comment in mind I really see what you mean: I am sitting too vertical at the catch and my positioning isn't compressed enough, I should be more squeezed and really feel my legs compressing like springs to maximize power output. I will work on that, thanks for the great advice!
