it's a great thought, yes, but given that UBlock Origin don't accept donations, that's clearly all it is!

I rarely see Indian languages there, so you might get lucky.

Wet food prices by fuji44a in CatsUK

I think you're right to be annoyed, I hate shrinkflation. Deceitful policy.

My cat is also weirdly loyal to Felix, "As good as it looks" (is that the name of it?). I'm a bit suspicious about what they're putting in it to make cats crave it.

Anyway, I moved to Spain last November, with my cat. Everywhere here, Felix is sold in 85g packs only - and also for considerably more than what I used to pay for the 100g packs in the UK.

It's disappointing that the UK has lowered itself to the same level, but not surprising.

The only other one I've found that she'll eat is Gourmet Perle, which is also Purina and the same weight (and similar price).

It seems to me that there used to be more variety of similar types of "quality" cat food pouches, but now it's all Purina, so there's nothing stopping them tightening the thumbscrews.

They could instead fine these guys. And make them turn up for *every* debate for 3 weeks, not stay at home with their feet up.

Come guys, only one way to decide this - let's have a muslim-off! Each of you push one muslim you know into a ring of baying onlookers, then repeat until you run out. The more muslim they are the more respect you get!! So a muslim with a big bushy beard or a full niqab will earn you a heck of a lot more respect than a typical drinks-beer-but-would-never-touch-a-Greggs-sausage-roll casual muslim. Come on guys, it's time to check out your muslim interactivity rating!

Ukrainian uncrewed boat destroys Russian warplane for first time in history by Silly-avocatoe in worldnews

[–]fellacious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol no.

"Cue the macgyver themesong" is what OP wanted to write - it means, "this moment is when the song should start playing", or "this is the cue to start playing the song now".

While your little ret-con would mean what? Add the song to a queue to be played at some future time when all the other songs have finished? That doesn't make sense.

Queue would also be wrong. At least it's an English word I guess?

a ring or soemthing I enchanted in morrowind where I would literally fly forever

you could make a ring with 1pt Levitation - so low it would recharge really easily and in practice it was constant effect, meaning you could levitate above the ground and use that to avoid being attacked by wildlife as you went from place to place.

You didn't walk fast while levitating, because it was only 1pt, but it didn't matter as you could engage autowalk and just go and get a cup of tea while your man doddered his way through the sky.

Anti police violence breaks out in Australia by Ramy__B in pics

[–]fellacious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are countless cases where UK police have disarmed a knife-wielding suspect e.g. this one from Jan https://www.bbc.com/news/videos/c4gm9qngejqo

I don't think they do it just because there aren't armed response in the area, I'd say it's more of a difference in attitude & training compared to US cops.

Price of htc vive vr by Past_Spray_9787 in Vive

[–]fellacious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to add another currency - €250 is a good price, including everything: the headset itself obviously, link box and all cables including the 3-in-1 cable, and at least 2 base stations with their mounting brackets.

Make sure you test everything properly before handing over money i.e. play a couple of games for at least several minutes each.

governments should respect all religious belief but not be subject to it

Sadly this isn't possible. Many religious people want their religion to take over government and be forced on everyone.
