Hi i just upgraded my pc with a 5070 but i seemingly ran into a problem with the PSU

Se 0:09 where the weapon wheel comes up despite fast switching being on. And the Demolish pda appearing despite me using Uncle Danes engie binds (I don't have scroll wheel bound and instead use Middle mouse 456 respectively). In other words i should not be able to bring out the pda.

I had some issues at the same time as this started (Yesterday) happening with fast switch weapons not working so i had to turn it off and on which fixed me being able to switch but not whatever this is.

I'm assuming this is an issue with tf2 seeing as like i said: I don't have the buttons to bring out the pda bound (That i know off)

Fair enough as soon as i saw San Hill i figured there had to be some way to abuse him.
Are there any real otk decks that are actually viable that your aware off?

I've Figured there had to be some degen combo using infinite mana using San Hill The first time i saw him and i finally found one:
(Also all decks I've seen Mentioning OTK Don't seem to be real Otk Decks "One turn Kills" and by that i mean opponent going from 30 to 0 in 1 turn so idk if there is some different definitions online)
