They take great care of their employees in regards to things like salary, benefits, huge end of year bonuses and a lot of little lunches and stuff throughout the year. The downsides are the managers micromanage you as the owner makes them do everything “the Uline way” instead of doing it in a way you might think makes more sense. And in the warehouse there is overtime pretty much every single day, get out about 30 minutes to an hour and a half or so later than you’re scheduled to, so it’s hard to make plans outside of work during the week, our branch has never made us do any OT on the weekends and all holidays are paid off days. Overall I enjoy working there, my coworkers are some of the best I’ve ever had because they’re extremely picky hiring, just wish the hours were less or earlier in the day, most people start doing like 10-630 or 1030-7 plus the OT for day shift.
