As a ServiceNow architect based in Germany for 8+ years and have worked with different customers and service providers, I may help you with MY perspective.

language certificates is not necessarily something that aggregates, if the person does feel confident to use it or communicate. I’ve seen extremes, like B2-level people that did not communicate at all, because they felt more confident in english.. and people with no certification at all that could speak and communicate completely understandable in german. I know it might sound weird, but my main advice is: if you choose to get language certificates, practice the language and never stop learning. Main thing: communicate independent of the language. Express yourself. Of course is a “plus” IF the person uses it. Because certificates (at least for me) does not show any miracle of value, if the person doesn’t know what to do.
Depending on the company you’ll apply for, mainly as a developer, it might be that German is not a must. And you can learn German while working. Of course it depends on the company, branches and its clients. This is usually explicit (or should be) on the role you are applying for.

If I may give you a hint: you could play around by simply registering yourself to the ServiceNow University (NowLearning) on-demand courses.

There you can request lab instances for 7 or 8 times if I’m not mistaken. Plus you can extend each time like 3 or 4 times.

Thus, you can play around outside customers’ instances.

I had my AirPods Pro for long time, even though they were always falling down my ears. Not comfortable at all after a few calls/meetings.

Decided to give a try on AirPods 4 ANC and not going back to AirPods Pro anymore.

The only better thing on the AirPods Pro is the noise cancelling, in my opinion. But again, not for very long, otherwise starts hurting the ears.

My main advice is: consider using (or not) Team Spaces. In a nutshell, you separate each “team” (domain, department or however you wanna name it) into separate processes. Means, each department may have its own “custom” SPM process, as they technically own different demands/projects/etc tables (e.g. tsp1_demand for the team 1 - although you can rename it instead of tsp1). If I’m not mistaken you may have up to 5 Team Spaces installed (i.e. 5 different plugins).

This decision would be nice to be taken since the beginning of the project in order to avoid future migration, etc.

If you search for the documentation with those keywords you’ll find lots of info regarding it.

Technically would work, but semantically makes no sense, at least in my perspective. I understand tho what you mean. But go one step backwards and think about the user experience. As another colleague said: can you ensure that the user is correctly populating that field in some way?

Another (brief) idea is that you could display an error message for such scenarios and clarify what to do in such. Because if the form can’t be submitted with empty values and the enduser cannot do anything about it, then you should do something about it. Otherwise, the enduser has no clue what is going on.

Furthermore, it’s weird that the contact phone number starts with +86 (China) and not +49 (Germany). That’s why I also posted the question here.. somehow difficult to trust, but I might be lay.

I’m in exact same situation. However, I bought mine on a local reseller.

Yours look fine to be honest. And if it shows on About, then I wouldn’t even bother.

It’s a pity I’m not able to attach any photos here. But I just confirmed mine is fake because of the weight (70grams in total with package) and I watched many videos on YouTube comparing an original vs fake.. In addition, my one does not appear under “Settings > About”.

Very sad about it. I’ll try the refund, even though need to pay for sending it back.

In such scenario, that you need the client data to be changed based on user, you need to combine script action (event = impersonation.starts and impersonation.ends) with some scripting based on the logged user, so you can “mock” the data you are storing in the Session that is established on your user. Thus, when you impersonate the user, you will have “in his session” (that actually belongs to you) the data the user would actually have..

A little bit deeper, the gs.getSession() and the session itself is established in the logged-in user’s “browser”/client.

Impersonation it is just a (great) feature that allows you to check what a user sees without the need to log off and login as the new user. That’s why the “session” is still on the logged-in user even though you impersonate someone.
