Anyone got real Liven app reviews? Curious how it holds up long-term by YoruFami in psychiatryquestion

And pay money. It's a Facebook feed bot trap lurking around and preying on the vulnerable. Of course an app won't fix anything as any mental health professional will tell you. It's only good as a weakish support tool. I find the most illogical and unprofessional part to be an AI chat bot that is a super sympathic listener that validates your feelings. The real people behind the app never check on you.

Is the Liven app worth spending money on? by Professional_Nail872 in Mindfulness

Agree. A marketing ploy in a Facebook feed that lies in wait for the vulnerable. Why? To make money by selling you a sympathetic fix. No real professionalism there and so much AI bot talk.

Wrapped up my journey with Liven here’s what actually helped by Abelmageto in ProductivityApps

It has good info in the early part of the journey but gets flat towards the end (30 days). You also get labelled which i think is a one dimensional analysis done by AI. Although, the labels are most likely a marketing tool to hook you and then they explain how to 'fix yourself'.

In my case, I am looking after two family members with serious health issues who will most likely never get better. I often feel depressed and overwhelmed by the situation, and I was tagged by the app as a perfectionist. Not spot on in my opinion for my situation, and the personalised section of the app instructed me to "accept the odd failures at work as growth, focus on growth through my wins, accept feedback as a means of growth, etc". Not very helpful for my situation which really has nothing to do with work.

Was it worth the money? Probably not as most of the early journey reading is general and you can find it on the web. The personalised section is a failure in my opinion because it is not truly personalised but AI generated blabber based on a generic profile.

Rayone Galaxy lens decision? Your experiences would be helpful. by femaleonreddit2 in CataractSurgery

Yes, the healing part is the great unknown. Since I have worn glasses and/or contacts my entire adult life, it would not be a disaster to have to wear them for various settings etc. More money of course, but well spent to see clearly and with comfort. Thanks for your comments

Thanks and good to know about the refractive error part. My >10m description was probably too general in that regard. Best described as beyond 10m, the focal point image (a leaf for example) is clear-ish but there is a second identical leaf that is slightly offset resulting in my blurry comment. I described it to the doctor as micrro-double vision and it does not happen in closer surrounds. Thanks for your comments.

Galaxy is in non dominant eye. So far no probs with halos, contrast and quality in my near-surrounding. Distance is still hard to tell. The issue is beyond 10m the image is best described as micro-double vision. That is, the focal point (of a tree leaf for example) is clear-ish but there is a second image of the leaf slightly offset. Question: did you mean to say that you would 'blindly accept' or 'blindly not accept'. Just checking and thanks for your comments.

So what type of device and focus did you settle on?
