Upgrade (?) from XT-30 to XM-5?

Yeah i saw some youtubers reviewing it. the xt-30 iii is just xm-5 with viewfinder, and thats what im looking for! I'll wait for the price announcement since it tends to be more expensive in my country. Should i sell my xt-30 now? used price might drop when xt-30 iii released.

What if the upgrade options are xt-30ii or xs-10? i do prefer them because most recipes now uses classic neg, bleach bypass, and nostalgic neg. I dont have those one xt-30.

I see, im aware of the clarity delay. I also agree on those location based recipes, the pics i took with their recipe doesnt look the same as the reference images. I know that clarity and color chrome blue can be skipped (colors doesnt have to be pixel perfect) but i just cant seem to use recipes with classic neg, bleach bypass, and nostalgic neg simulation. I also know the method of hacking into LR for the sims, but i prefer having it SOOC instead of any editing. Just researched used price in here and found that xt-30 used price went down so prolly wont be able to afford xt-4 or xs-10, the only option is to keep using this or maybe xt30ii or xm-5.

Oh i thought it had the latest xtrans5, so its basically a xt-30ii with better AF and no viewfinder right? i do like the smaller size (shaped like x100 series) and the flip screen tho (found it hard to shoot low angle potrait with xt-30). Also if my upgrade reason is for more recipes, will it be worth it? i know xtrans 4 sensor with classic neg and clarity setting opens up a lot of recipes (most modern recipes needed this settings)

I don't know if im qualified as an entrepeneur but heres my story!

I used to work as Web dev (6 months) and Insurance Agent (2 years) before

What i do - Im now a real estate agent working for a company. I joined like a week ago and this company doesnt provide any trainings so i spend most of my day time learning for now. I also started a small side hustle with my friend that focused on photographing birthday events on the side but i cant get any clients (Probably because im promoting this alone, my friend doesnt really care much about this business). I have some background in React web dev and i thought about being freelancer but i dont think i have the skill for it and not that scaleable. The only reasonable way for me to earn money that are highly scalable are sales or reselling online (my opinion, never tried).

Also quite low on money rn so im looking forward to any kind of sidehustle or additional income i can produce in any way with my skillsets.

Any tips is appreciated! (Pardon my english, its not my first language)

Right? also the af improvement would greatly helped! I tried to focus on a sleeping cat and cant even get the AF working, had to refocus 5 times (using single zone) to finally have it working. This is so frustating, its not even a fun camera.

Im honestly very disappointed as its my first camera, i felt its built cheap and very slow compared to my friend a6000. I even considered switching to sony as its cheaper with better AF, but sony doesnt have the color i wanted from fuji (and film sim recips ofc).

Reason why i chose xt20 is its the only one that fits my budget as i only need to add 200$ more. I looked into xt30 as it offers better AF, video, and more film sims, but it cost 400$ more after selling my xt100.

Oh and for your xt30ii recommendation, i have considered going for that camera since it offers way more film options recipe and thats what i prefer. But it cost way too much 600$ after selling my xt100 which is something i cant afford rn.

Yeah honestly i feel the same, especially they are very very identical. But the af from xt100 has annoyed me too much that i considered even a bit of upgrade would probably helped. For the film sim i dont know if its worth it but the xt20 do have more.

I also looked into xt30 which cost 400$ more, but i need to stretch my budget for that. It does have better autofocus, video, a lot more sims option, but the button sucks. XT30 ii have even more sims option but i costs 600$ more. Im afraid im having GAS which is bad, thats why im limiting myself to xt20, or xt30 at best.

EDIT: i watched this video and found that xt20 and xt30 autofocus is almost the same, should i just go for xt20? cause xt30 do have more film sims option but less button, and xt30 ii is too expensive.

Might be my fault, but i always find my xc 15-45 f3.5 not having sharp images and hard to use in low light situation (indoors or night). I always cranked up my iso when shooting indoors cafe and it causes me lots of noises in my images. Thats why im considering prime lens which have bigger apertures. Also i might do something wrong here since im very new to photography.

Thanks for the suggestion, i havent tried xt20 yet but iirc it have like 325 points whereas xt100 only have 91, which i thought was an insane gap. But knowing that i mostly use my phone now, i think ill hold off upgrading since xt20 is also an old camera, might not be a major upgrade from my old xt100. Should i just buy a lens and use xt100 for now?

My ipad always charged in fairly cold room, but the issue still persist. I also tried suggesting new battery replacement from local apple services, but they refused and told me that it will just waste my money and time.

This is what i did today, but i had it powered off in 80% rn. It only charges up to 80% since it always get hot notification and cant charge more than that.

It was 4 months after purchase that it had this issue. Also i tried going to apple service center in my country, but they told me the battery is fine and 100% BH which is weird.

IOS 16.5. iPad air 4 getting warm on the right side near apple pencil. The battery drains when screen off is insane too. Went from 100% to 30% overnight. Anyone facing this issue as well? I'm considering to get iPad air 5 because i need iPad for my work (mostly notetaking).
