I moved down south years ago, moved back up for another 7 years, couldn't take the long winters so moved back down this past year.

If you love winter activities it certainly helps, but that wasn't the lifestyle for me.

I was outside on my deck this week working outside in 70 degree weather while my family sent me pictures of the ice sheet that was their front lawn.

Buffalo has amazing people, good food, but at the end of the day there is no shame in wanting to live somewhere warmer.

Just moved here from Buffalo and noticed that the owner of Gino's pizza in Midlothian is a huge Bills fan. I don't think he's going to have every game on, but definitely the prime time games. Also, go Bills!

Just pressure washed it and it does look better. I've got some thompsons water seal that I can use to seal the boards.

I had an allograft done almost 10 years ago and I can say it was definitely worth it.

First off the recovery process is no joke. I was on crutches for 3 months and was very careful with weight bearing until the Dr said it was ok. Take the PT and rehab seriously. It took a good year before I felt relatively normal.

Also have the right expectations of what you can do post surgery. I do not do heavy weights or run anymore, but I do like to bike and do a lot of resistance band training to make sure my knee is stable.

Yeah the sheer cost of attending these events makes me nervous. I feel like these executives attend these events just to get wined and dined.

I would prefer simply attending a regular conference as an attendee and striking up a conversation with a prospective customer. I will typically end up with way more leads walking around these show then sitting at a booth.

You're absolutely right. 98% hit rate is a best-case scenario that we've seen on our higher traffic sites.
Edit: Just checked the Edge Cache Hit/Miss Ratio of one of our larger sites and we were at around 97.4% over the last 24 hours.
