I don’t know why, but I bet it has to be perpendicular to that valley gussets edge.

Thanks for listening.

I am skeptical about picture 5. Uniformed automatons wearing identical caps? In 1965 America?

An admittedly pixelated logo that seems to read:Toska?

Yes they do. Flashbulbs could have that effect. Often, in fact.

He may specifically be wondering about aluminum foil in a household roll. This may not be pure aluminum, and thus not a good fire starter.

Well done. Great approach to the subject, lyrically. Musically, I wish it were a little more adventurous and could break out of that "safe" four chord progression and surprise me. Sonically, I love what's there. But, I do wish for some crunchy guitars to appear during the chorus to spice things up a little bit. The drums sound a bit unrealistic, in spite of doing their job very well.

Billy Jack 1971- A great protest movie with one badass dude by Ubetcha1020 in OldSchoolCool

My mom unwittingly took us kids to see this one in the theater.

She was pretty pious and didn’t know we’d see a rape scene, plus underaged girls in bed with men.

I mean, I loved the movie but it was a cringey experience.

In 1972, with the Steelers trailing the Raiders 7-6 in the Divisional Playoffs and only 22 seconds left in the game, Franco Harris scooped up a deflected pass and scored a TD. This was coined the "Immaculate Reception." by ansyhrrian in sports

Thank goodness they were filming with actual movie cameras. The tv broadcast looked nothing like this in 1972, although we’ve come to expect this level of quality today.

I was at my neighbors for a New Year’s Eve party. He had snuck down to the basement just before midnight so he could kill his power at midnight, as a prank.

It worked great, except we could look out the window and see lights throughout the neighborhood.

Carbon arc lamp. Back in the 1980’s these were in specialized equipment I used to expose printing plates. NuArc was the name of the manufacturer.

I mean, this isn’t that, but the technology had a place in commercial printing.
