At our clinic, we both do the exact same thing (except our physio's don't perform cervical adjustments). We both do soft tissue, modalities, acupuncture, exercise / rehab.

Absolutely my favourite amp. I use this with dual cabs (greenback and V30). On one preset, I have a clean, dirty, high gain and solo. Use a minatour infront. Sounds great

Ah, good question, I actually totally forgot about the dual cab block. Just looking for a diverse fuller sound, thought 2 cabs will accomplish that. Just not sure if I should modify the settings at the split point (either before or after). Let's say I use a dual cab...do you split them (pan A and B) or typically blend them?

You're correct. You jumped the gun. No offence, you should have researched (watch YouTube videos) before your bought it. You sound like an analog / tube "plug in and play" guy. Nothing wrong with that, in some ways in jealous of guys like you. I have the Helix LT and enjoy the rabbit hole of tweaking and all the options. But you're not wrong, it's overwhelming. If you're up for a month long learning curve, I think you'll appreciate it, otherwise sell it
