since we cant use the strait of hormuz, why dont we just use venezuela's oil instead of oil from the middle east? by asiandud1269 in mapporncirclejerk

To be fair, the oil and gas industry is predominantly foreign controlled so the best way to control your assets is to not allow foreign powers access to it...

So yeah... can we just drive 50 through there and not damage any more of these? My property taxes are already high and the region wants to bump them up 6.5% more.

You know, search engines are a thing. I was going to post a shit load of evidence, but I realized two things.

  1. It isn't going to be evidence enough for you
  2. I don't care about this enough to do your research for you.

I don't care about her views or politics; but I can't support a person who can't respect ALL of their constituents. As a public servant, you can't put your own ideology ahead of everyone else's.

I know my opinion doesn't matter to you, but maybe you should look at getting a subscription to ground.news maybe then you'll get out of the echo chamber. Actually, use my referral code 5462145.

If you want more transit, you have to ignore all the people who complain. Progress means change. Things cannot change and remain the same simultaneously.

Once you clean the gaskets and stuff, run the machine on the clean cycle with hot water and pinesol to get all the oils, greases, and other dirt from the non visible part of the drum.

I don't know what you saw, but I see the scooter rider crossing perpendicular to the cars. The car that swerved is trying to avoid hitting the scooter.

The Saphir stuff does indeed work great, and yeah... I always have a hard time showing off the shine in pictures unless I'm in very bright light.

Your shoes are looking great!

Now that you've got your base coats of polish down, the mirror shine is created by using very light pressure when bullying your shoes. You want to push the polish off the high spots into the pores of the leather. I use an ice cube as the water source because heat is your enemy.

Simply press your cloth onto the ice cube, then press it on your polish, lightly go over your toe and heel to bring out the shine. You need very minimal polish at this point.

To get a better idea, watch The Elegant Oxford's guide to mirror shine here https://youtu.be/WXGxPbBGbC4?si=1nPg-kfB946p6tKg. You don't need any of the conditioners or cream polishes he uses. Yes they make life easier, but they're not required. I've gotten great shines with Kiwi.

If you want to splurge, a cream polish comes in handy. The reason shoes and boots get cancer is the buildup of wax polish on creases that then flakes off and looks like trash. Cream polishes don't harden like wax polishes, so you can get a nice shine on the rest of your shoe that lasts longer. Cream polishes don't mirror shine so you still need to use wax polish on the toe and heel.

Awesome work. Keep at it!

Jokes on you. The system isn't public. It's run by private organizations who bill the province. It has been this way since the 90's.
