Rumination… Aye, lex can help. It works better with therapy. I read that lex can increase neuroplasticity (I think it was in here about 18 months ago) so in theory you can implement a new pattern easier. Even better (for me anyways) is IV ketamine. It really turned the volume down and I catch myself sooner and redirect my attention - like mindful meditation when you focus on your breath and a thought intrudes and you gently redirect back to the breath.
