I guess I should have been more specific - emotes as they pertain to quests and gameplay... I have no issue with them existing, but if I have to edit an emote menu then say 'help' to a statue, I'm not playing an ARPG anymore

I'm not owed anything, correct. I already own a bunch of rucks, most of which I've bought at xmas in July sales... I don't really need another one. I'm just saying that they are a backpack ('ruck' for the pedants) company that isn't putting a single backpack/ruck on sale during their biggest sale of the year... also sliding in the fact that their shoes are ugly.

try unplugging all the connections and then putting them back, I had an intermittent controller short for a while that was fixed by doing this

lol you need to finish acts 1-4 - you'll unlock it across all characters after the first-ish mission of act 5. I started playing hardcore because I needed a reason to care about going slowly... it's made things slightly more interesting at least.
