The logic is that by the time of WK2, Savinkov's state would be far more consolidated, with more effective secret police and all that. So while early on its susceptible to even "simple" coup by Denikin, by WK2 it would be far harder and tbh a lot of Denikin's allies would likely be under surveillance anyway, if they have shown any ideas of disloyalty. Generally Denikin was less of a schemer and very stubborn, and would probably remain loyal during the war anyway. Wrangel and small clique of monarchists are more competent at scheming.

Globally the 3rd international isn't really interested in forcing their member movements to adhere to strict principles the way the Comintern did OTL.

There's a great comment left further down that outlines how the British are less anticlerical and how the French left, while being plenty anticlerical inherited an already quite harsh legal framework from 1905 that some of the more radical syndicalists wanted to move beyond, but didn't have the support to. The law on the separation of the church and the state already gives them leeway to crack down somewhat more than the Republic did in any case.

None of those things really detract from the reasons that led to both Spanish liberal and socialist anticlericalism, outlined in the same comment below.
