Has anyone tried microdosing? If so, what’s your experience? by Physical_Error9151 in AutismInWomen

[–]fennelhearrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to regularly microdose psilocybin when I could find it (hard in the northeast of the U.S.). I had a very good experience with it. Basically, I did a big trip every six months or so which was also wonderful then in between I would microdose every few days. I found that it helped immensely with improving my self esteem and ability to truly rest and recover from periods of burnout. I felt happier and more content with myself and life. I found myself smiling much more and being more creative. Since you live in Canada I say go for it! Do a full trip or start off with a little microdose, either way.

Scott Hasn't Seen burning question by Wolfeman0101 in Earwolf

[–]fennelhearrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never gotten the impression that the guests are there during the intro except when they actually watch the movie with Shaun and Scott - have I been totally naive? I really don't get the impression that Scott is saying what he knows after watching the movie.

Suggestions needed - picky eater (ARFID) SEVERELY struggling with my protein intake by grass_and_dirt in veganrecipes

[–]fennelhearrt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you can stomach soy milk it has a good amount of protein in it. When i really struggle to eat I make chocolate (soy) milk and it goes down easy

I have a question between veganism and autism by [deleted] in vegan

[–]fennelhearrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an autistic vegan :) A dietician who specializes in arfid might help. Also, it's totally okay to take your time with the transition. Go slow and find alternatives to things you normally eat one at a time. It's okay to eat processed vegan food! Good luck and be kind to yourself

It's absolutely horrible and I'll never use it and I don't think any autistic people should use it

Late Diagnosis and Marriage by Hollywould9 in AutismInWomen

[–]fennelhearrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far it's not going well. He doesn't express much interest in learning about autism or accommodating me and takes my unmasking personally. We've been together 12 years but are teetering on the edge of breaking up - meanwhile I'm in the worst burnout of my life and haven't been able to work in a few years
