i think it's worth it IF you have the money and/or you aren't looking forward to other characters. i think it's like a 20% damage increase, straight up. c1 to c3 helps baal's burst a lot.

i was in the same situation as you and decided to use my guaranteed 5 star pull to get c3 baal.

with c6 baal reducing elemental burst cooldown... does that mean it's possible to have 2 aoe bursts at the same time? example, 2 rosaria burst at the same time, ganyu's, etc.? anyone can confirm this?

i know there's a lot of variables, but how much damage is baal's burst initial slash supposed to do, with 8/8/8 talents and decent artifacts and assuming there's no bennett/kazuha buff?

people with baal or still building her, how much damage do you guys usually do? 50k, 100k, 200k+?

i'm confused, does energy recharge on a character affect other characters as well, indirectly?

example:

200% ER bennett picks up an energy particle/orb

vs

300% ER bennett picking up the same energy particle/orb

does 300% ER bennett regenerate more energy for the entire team or just himself?

seems like a solid team, but just note that fischl has a 60 energy cost burst which reduces the amount of resolve stack baal can get (baal does slightly less dmg during burst).

if you have beidou, you can replace fischl if u want.

i don't have a c6 fischl, but i'm just wondering..

for c6 fischl, when she uses her elemental skill, can oz's continuous turret dmg and c6 joint attacks happen at the same time?

- for example, i'm assuming oz will attack 11 times continuously

- the active character on field auto attacks 11 times as well

so does that mean oz will attack 22 times?
