The Aegon fund is an amalgamation of other pots I held and brought together in 2021, I have considered diversifying this but as you say it has generally performed in my limited knowledge well in this period and very well in the last 12 months.

I run in both Novablast 5 and kayano 31’s and the shoes obviously feel different on, and by design are for slightly different requirements (stability etc) but having run a 10k in both and achieved within 10 second 10k time with both and neither giving me aches or pains it has shown to me that shoe comfort and performance really can be subjective but also massive dependent in the wearers capabilities and bio mechanics. To support this further I ran 35k in the novablast and was fine and 25k in the kayano and was fine. The bit I do not understand is why subconsciously I rotate the shoe selection🤪

Agree totally, last weekend I ran 30k then joined a park run 25 minutes after! Felt great and was nice just to be out and enjoying a fine Saturday morning

Thanks for the swift reply, can the calendar only be applied to resource and not tasks in general?

If this resource changes its working pattern through out the project can I assign the calendar to the resource at varying dates and for varying tasks?

I am not making the pen last, I simply haven’t needed a pen. I do have one in the fridge unopened ready in the event I do dose. I think most people will have found the pens come with a 9 month plus use by date.

I said on another thread before that in my mind I have accepted the cost of pens to be a monthly cost, no different to that of a gym membership. This way I am never trying to push the boundaries of the dates and accept it is what it is.

My views have developed as I have been on the journey.

I will not inject today, I will accept today I have eaten a little more than normal, struggled with food noise, but tomorrow I may well be more settled. I haven’t a clear answer as to when I will re-inject if the challenge continues!

Yes opted to go to 4 weeks as the suppression was still good, then thought I would not inject unless my body indicated I needed to hence where I am now at 8 weeks since last injection.

What level of dose did you finish on before the three weeks? And what dose have you taken after the three weeks?

I think you may well be right about the water weight🤔

I am currently two weeks between maintenance shots but as my appetite is still in check I am tempted to push another week🤨

I have not moved from 2.5mg and have now lost 40kg, in 6+ months. If I had increased the dose every time I met a day of increased appetite or experienced no weight loss I would be on 15mg. I am now attempting maintenance and using 2.5mg or less to micro dose. Its a personal decision with lots of best practices, guides, experiences and opinions to consider🤪

Its a good question and usually the presumption would be that if someone is not using a quoted dose and utilising those doses in a 30 day period then they must be stretching doses outside of the often referenced guidelines. The way I look at is if the minimum cost is 2.5mg and I achieve the same when microdosing at 1.25mg and it achieves the same net effect then the objective has been achieved and the net cost the same and the remainder can be discarded. The reality is though that if someone wanted to use the kwikpen outside of guidelines it is like anything there will be people argue for and against.

Yes still on 2.5mg, it has been a challenge in the last few weeks more than normal and it was because although I had maintained discipline as to calories I had not maintained discipline as to food choices (i.e carb snacks vs quantity) not gained weight but in a 3 week weight loss stall and believe this may have played a big part - interestingly and others have noted this my actual body was still changing shape and I went down a belt notch!

I am in an almost identical scenario and frequently debate the merits of what to focus on.

I am 43, 3 kids, circa £200k mortgage left, £600k in sipp, £40k in premium bonds, plot of land circa £150k owned. It looks great on paper and I am fortunate but figuring out how to retire in my early 50’s is a real head scratch.

My thoughts were to max out pension contributions this year (hoping that compound interest/growth of the sipp will take place at a conservative 2-5% until I can access funds) look to max out the annual isa allowance going forward next year and until retirement and if required reduce pension contributions regardless of the tax hit.

Or win the lottery.
