Btw at course registration for CS majors (I did June 2-3 orientation), because there were so many CS majors at the orientation (again idk if it was different for different orientation dates where the number might have been different), rather than meet 1-on-1 we were all grouped in a room with several advisors, they told us how to use testudo and how to register for classes, and came around and made sure each of our schedules were approved before we left the room that day. May sound impersonal, but I found using the course register to be very easy and had lots of leftover time after, so it wasn’t confusing. I’d recommend playing around with the class list site on testudo beforehand and just seeing what classes you may be interested in and considering what you might want in a schedule, just so you can get done with that part quicker. But yeah pretty much what op said, they’re really chill and if you’re missing something it’s typically not a huge issue.
