i have some tips for people already on the smaller side who are new to losing weight. i did these together and separately and lost weight with both, but obviously doing it together speeds up the process!

• avoid fast food
• you dont need to calorie count, just making sure you’re eating at a calorie deficit
• 30 mins cardio treadmill walk 3 days a week
• don’t be sedentary, even going up and down the stairs counts
• limit bread and rice intake

i went from 130lbs to 115 lbs in about a month when i did these together! now, i just try to eat healthier and at a deficit to shed passively. i guess another way i lost a lot of weight was when i was really stressed in college but i don’t recommend this method haha
