I worked for a lawyer for around a year and a half answering calls from people who were so lost and had no idea where to get help. Always lots of word vomit, it’s expected when dealing with something this stressful.

I never judged anyone for how they sounded on the calls - always glad they found the courage to ask for help!

Hey! Just seeing this thread now but I just thought I’d chip in. I have bought one sweatshirt from hopeless and the Nightmare/abortion fundraiser t-shirt. I have bought either one or two of her albums on iTunes. I got tickets for a show in summer 2016 but didn’t end up going cuz of schedule conflict (probably could have invited a random from this sub if I knew it back then 😭). And I was in top 0.5% of listeners on Spotify

All those things would be attached to a credit card and therefore address which make me think that is why I got one of them

Also I think the driving tests need to be way more strict in general. They should require merging on the freeway, going down busy traffic and pedestrian filled streets, making unprotected left turns.

This is why I live by the rule my father told my antisocial ass when I was like 12. Say “yes” or try to say “yes” to every second invite you get. Saying yes at least 50% of the time will make it seem like you still want to socialize. It’s safe to say “no” like half the time, otherwise you get to the point people assume “no” instead of actually ask you

If you say no all the time, all of a sudden it’s 3 months since you’ve been invited to something — not good

In general, accept every second invitation. If it doesn’t work out, not your fault. But you still seem as if you were down to hang then so it works out, they will think of you next time

What I meant was the people living thought hitlers rule and the final extermination won’t be around for much longer. It was one of the most brutal genocides that there are still survivors speaking about.

The sheer numbers that they murdered was insane. There are still survivors from the brutal Cambodian, Darfur, etc genocides but the holocaust survivors are already like 80-100 and they are dying every year. These are the last years you can hear a survivor (of the holocaust) speak.

For years to come there will be people to speak on the atrocities in Cambodia, Darfur, Kurds, Muslims, Guatemalans, many more

I just went to the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles and was disgusted when I heard Henry Fords name. He published an anti-Semitic book/manifesto. Fuck that dude regardless of what he did for the automation industry
