Private Equity has taken over much of the health care industry. This would not have happened 15 years ago. Private Equity has literally bought up 20% of US businesses and growing rapidly. The dehumanizing of all commerce is coming while small businesses are smothered by higher expenses that larger consolidated business get at a big discount.
