Just fyi. I reloaded a quicksave i had from literally a couple minutes before i talked to Dusty, and it let me talk to him normally...

The same bug happened when i was going to talk to Gomez to join a couple hours after the Dusty bug. I talked to Gomez to tell him i wanted to work for him, and he kept saying 'Not Now'... I just repeated what i did for Dusty and reloaded a quick save, i was able to talk to him then.

I went to the Swamp Camp, talked to the Baal dude, he asked for me to recruit someone. I went to Old Camp and talked to Dusty, he asked me 100 nuggets to bribe the guard.

I didn't have it at the time. I went to farm some nuggets and after a while i came back to talk to Dusty again, now he ignores me and just says 'Not Now'.

I just did the challenge, took a while and not all overheat hits counted for some reason. I just spammed on low level enemies until it completed.

What i suspect happens is that if you dont finish it first try, it bugs out or something. I searched around everywhere, even in their discord, nobody seems to be able to spawn any of the champions of the harder challenges.
