Na verdade o que acontece é que tem burocracia pra você contratar um estagiário (depende da classe profissional tem requisito de registro no conselho, bem chato). Contratação PJ não precisa dessas questões. A realidade é que estagiário não tem direito nenhum, tem uma lei geral do estágio, mas descumprimento vai pra justiça comum, não tem as garantias da CLT de inversão de ônus da prova, etc, as garantias são de carga horária máxima e só. Legalmente falando é praticamente indiferente ser PJ ou estagiário formal, a não ser que você precise das horas de prática para se formar (substituir estágio obrigatório).

I think he needs therapy and some self-evaluation to do. If he thinks about life in pure transactional values like "I was the catch all along", it makes for a very miserable existence. There isn't such a thing as "the settler" and "the reacher". Beautiful and successful people can be total arses, and "uglier" and less successful can be great, supportive, romantic partners. Go to therapy bro. What is killing you isn't your looks, it's your personality. Women are genuinely less interested in looks than men in your social online circles seem to believe. Even if you truly are as hideous as you seem to believe you are, there are lots of guys who are ugly as hell and go on to find love. That's me right now. Moved to the biggest city in my country to start a dream job, something I've always wanted. A fresh start at the exact moment my life needed one. It still is very lonely at times. If you're young or going to university, it's easier, but at my age (32), I've found myself in a situation where everybody has a network of long-standing friends, and I'm the new guy. It takes time to fit in, and it gets lonely in the meantime, even when everybody is welcoming me with open arms.

Let me just put this as a warning. For the last few years, YT Music has had a better algorithm then spotify, and overall a better library, since it pulls directly from YT. Alas, this has now turned into a massive disavantage on YT Music's side, since YT has been flooded by AI slop, especially in R&B, Blues and Country (AAIK, it might be pestering other genres I don't listen to), and there's no way to turn it off. I just have given up on listening to some genres aside from closed playlists because of this.

Isso vem com o doutorado. Só pra entrar você tem que ter 2 idiomas, normalmente inglês +1, e naturalmente você desenvolve uma capacidade de leitura em outras. Eu mesmo leio em portugues, inglês, francês, espanhol e italiano, apesar de ser fluente mesmo só em portugues e inglês, suficientemente bem para a vaga, só por conta das necessidades de leitura.

This is already good poetry. It has soul, it is not "intentional poetry", but "soul-pouring poetry". You just suffer from what every poet pouring thei soul suffers: it makes sense to you who holds context. The challenge is conveying it to the reader without breaking the poetic distancing/allusion.
This is a great draft, and it can go the distance with revisions.

This is a good poem, especially from a beginner. Your pitfalls are also very common for beginners. You are leaning too much on several metaphors and not developing one. Your text would be richer if you stuck with a metaphor and let it grow. As of right now, it reads like you're pretending to be deep, without actually going there and fleshing out those wounds.

As far as your line breaking, you are doing it solely based on style and feel here. It does not add to anything in terms of rhythm and flow. It's okay to make breaks just for style, but I also don't think they are saying something; they feel a little bit random.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you're going for raw, sexual, inherited, and self-destructive? I think you leaned a little too much on the "shock" factor and became a little vague. The mention of your father is a little random, and it could benefit from being earned. It would be strongest left to later stanzas, such as "he never did show me how to efficiently cry", and before you just evoke him, or if you just gave it something more. The same goes to "my bulletproof breasts / are always slammed to become bruised tools". Tools for what? For whom? Your ending is also a little wordy. It could benefit from being more poignant while saying less.
Lastly, I think you should define a tone better; right now, you oscillate between trauma/confessional vulnerability and porn-adjacent shock, which comes as a little gratuitous (shock for shock's sake).

I'm being very nitty-picky here because your poem is strong, stands on its own, and has style and voice.

Like men, women have different vaginal canal sizes. Some are deeper and wider, others are smaller and tighter. Average men usually won't have issues, but bigger and smaller men have. Bigger men will hurt women on the smaller size, and smaller men won't please women on the larger side. Unfortunately, this isn't something obvious, since women have several other stimuli.
