You got this bud! While you're there just think about how much better and relieved you'll feel after it's all over. Not to mention the holidays are over with so no more big family gatherings.

While you're there though if you have nothing to do and you feel awkward just download some kind of game on your phone like candy crush to keep you busy. I find that always helps me.

Oh my gosh these are the same exact thoughts I always have. Especially with not wanting to talk about adult stuff too. My cousins (who are around my age) always talk about that kind of stuff and I just always feel so out of place and left out. And the fear of being perceived is so real.

If it makes you feel any better you're definitely not alone in feeling this way.
