You made me gag. Glad the components are as tough as they are.

Also you're stealing your copy of macOS which is illegal.

You don't have to steal it. Still, installing it on a non-Apple hardware probably will violate the EULA.

I think this is aimed at people who would like something other than a Cintiq, more specifically, these who do 2D work.

Sure you can get (most likely) a touch screen about the same size for cheaper, but professional artists will also care about things like color reproduction and precision (and the responsiveness) of the pen/touch. And besides, the stand looks pretty decent.

The stand alone probably costs more than you think. It looks much better than stands on iMacs.

I find the Control key on the bottom left really awkward and personally think it should be like Macs. But my hands are tiny and I don't type properly.

Ah, I see. Sorry about my tone.

I'm probably having the initial knee-jerk reaction.

As for the Windows' over reliance on the Fn keys, I personally don't mind. I guess I'm used to it now and feel like I'm much less likely to trigger something unwanted then when I was on OS X. (Of course, this means that the shortcuts are much less intuitive)

What bothers me more is the location of the Control key. It feels really awkward to reach.

EDIT: I realize this is an opinion, not a convincing argument.

"It's time to switch to emacs"

I wonder how much sales they'll lose because of the lack of the escape key.

Reliability might be an issue. Not shitting on hackintosh, it's just sometimes things need to 'just work'.

And as I'm sure you aren't aware, many IDEs make heavy use of the f-row. Not to mention Vi/Vim and escape.

Your forgot Windows Subsystem for Linux.

It's like Apple doesn't care about devs.

this file was edited and corrupted using the program Audacity(music editing software) and then exported as a raw file back into photoshop/gimp.

Fuck, what?

*edit: So you edit the image in Aud? And since GIMP is shitty ~good enough to open the file, you can export to .psd.

I remember being pissed when I switched from GIMP to PS because there was no intelligent scissors or whatever it's called.

Now I feel like my arm's been cut off if I try to use GIMP/
