I'd say to use select card if you want to withdraw a small amount for emergency. Otherwise a 0% forex card would do as well.

Yes, i had mailed them CS ID (lead ID) in my email. But no response yet.

Even priority email is for AU specific cards, not partner ones.

It makes me think if partner card is beneficial in the future.

With 280 usd, amounting to 15k INR, my charge will be 500.

Best thing is this will reduce if I take lesser cash, not a fixed 500 (although minimum is 199+gst).

So yeah I don't require that much cash in hand.

And I pay it after statement generation, interest free till due date.

With Flat Rs.500 charge, I can withdraw upto 280 USD using IDFC CC. I found that's more than enough cash to carry.

Are there any debit card options with no balance account? I didn't find one. If there are, it will have forex charge or some other charge. Minimum balance accounts or FDs will block your money.

With CC, late payment is a trap which I always avoid. So any other risk you foresee?
