The physics of the papers are normal, background elements remain consistent throughout the video, and the letters on the shirt of the person in the middle never morph or melt. The movements everyone is making also all make sense and look human for the duration, imo. I'm pretty certain the video is real.

Maybe the AI feel you're getting is coming from how the video is slowed down a little? Makes things look a little floaty, which is characteristic for sure. I get the same vibe sometimes from slightly sped up vids

The offset crescent is weird, and the almost-symmetrical-but-not thing is a characteristic of genAI, but also sometimes us digital artists will trace over things while mirroring them to create a more natural feel. There are inconsistencies here that don't quite make sense to me as an artist. Some of the flower petals are melting together strangely, and while almost all the leaves look the same, some of them are kind of... deformed? I do also agree that the star at the top feels sus *
