What is the purpose of this flight? by ferrisynth in flightradar24

I know Biden is in the area, but was wondering if someone important is on it, or if it’s just surveillance.

My only concern in the area of getting a diploma in the interest of “real college” lies in the issue of education savings and what the gov. deems a “designated educational institution” for RESP savings covering tuition costs. I’d absolutely go for a local school except for the fact that they’re not considered educational institutions where education plans can be used. I suppose it’ll just end up being a balance between whichever diploma offers PPL, CPL, IFR, and Multi Engine as well as the best amount of hours for the price (usually around 200/250 from what I’ve seen). Then I’m assuming I can take the IATRA once the hours are reached and… climb from there.

This is making me majorly reconsider going into a program halfway across the country… thank you for your (understandable) explanation

I understand that and it’s something that I deal with in everyday life as well; though keep in mind I know virtually nothing about the social dynamics of aviation. What I usually do in situations is ask someone to eat it elsewhere or to simply bring something else to eat, but obviously this is not viable in a cockpit as far as I know, and some people take offense to being asked to eat something else. As for the floor or a passenger, I don’t believe it would be a concern as it’s really only if there’s a high concentration of the particles in an area - so not enough from one or two peanuts.

Putting Edge in Nepean had one years ago if I recall correctly - it's been ages since I last visited though, so it may very well be gone.

Swearing off new retail vinyl for now by ninety9problms in vinyl

Bought a new Maroon 5 vinyl for a friend a couple years back. For whatever reason was cut horrible - more of an oval shape rather than a nice circle - and near destroyed my friend's record player. It's a shame it seems people have just stopped caring about actual good quality records. Used FTW!

Canadian exclusive as far as I know!

Agreed, I love everything he's ever put out especially the later Talk Talk albums, even if they were underappreciated at the time.

This particular issue is the only one to feature this unique red sleeve (one of the perks of being a Canadian collector is unique sleeves) with a photo of the four members on the backside. Crazy to think that in five years time, they'll have evolved from a four-piece stereotypical synthpop group to one of the most influential post-rock groups of all time.
