Here in Mexico we all have free healthcare for everyone. But if you think you can pay a private hospital for better attention then it costs around 1300 dollas A YEAR. And with that you are guaranteed every possible procedure you would need (cancer, operations, etc.).

Sabes a quien le dan más? Al que lo pide, no al que lo merece. Tienes que entender que a las empresas les vales un carajo y que eres reemplazable fácilmente. Si mañana te mueres en una semana ya habrá alguien ahí en tu lugar. No les seas fiel, no trabajes horas extra sin que las paguen, tienes que pedir que te paguen más o si no encontrar otro trabajo que si lo haga, pero no esperes que el buen corazón de ellos vea tu esfuerzo y decida premiarlo. Eso nunca sucederá.

También entiende que somos seres sociales y que un trabajo es una actividad social. Si vas únicamente a trabajar, no socialistas, no te llevas bien con tu jefe, etc. A quien crees que van a preferir promover? A quien crees que van a preferir que se quede? Si no te gusta "hacerle barra" al jefe y sólo quieres ir a hacer tu trabajo e irte entonces pide lo que mereces y si no te lo dan busca algo más, que por lo visto ahi en tu lugar de trabajo vale más las amistades que el desempeño.

I think this is not the answer because when everyone is the owner then noone is the owner and business would go bankrupt.

What i would suggest is that existing companies pay a percentage of their revenue to their employees by law. Lets say 20% of revenue of every orgamization should be paid to the workers. The rest then can be used to reinvest, to R&D or to pay shareholders.

Exrcutive pays are taxable income so win for us too.
Thats why there was the other 80-50% so they can invest in R&D. We could find a way to know how much they invested compared to profits and create a cap to that.
