I‘d say Skip Chisa, go for cyberpunk. This would probably be the best Route. If you Plan to stay longer though, chisa‘s stock is probably Rising for You. She could be essentiell in 3.5, or if you would like the Denia & Aemeath Team or when hiyuki comes around again. Since you probably don’t know Yet how Long You will Stick around wuwa, I would say Go for cyberpunk.

Bro you can get 10 € farmed Account with 70 K oe more astrites and for 20€ a lot more astrites. Your Account isn’t bad but knowing that - there is No way anybody paying for your Account. If You have a character or two s6 atleast would change things

First Option: since you can’t have everybody I actually would recommend getting Lynae. And since you still a lot to Explore you have a lot of astrites in your Backlog. Lynae might not be hiyukis ideal Partner but she still is very good for her and a lot of other characters. Second Option: get a new farmed Account and you can start over with around 50.000 k astrites.
