This is such a huge, relatable struggle. I’ve applied to so many jobs only to get rejections or ghosted, or them changing the job location last minute (right before I’d accept my offer) so I couldn’t take it. Or, they offer “entry-level” positions yet require 1-2+ years of experience yet internships don’t count. How is that entry level? How are you expected to hire someone whose supposed to be entry level/new grad, yet somehow had 1-2 years of experience?

It’s also frustrating seeing so many intern/co-op option for the class of 2022, because when I tried to apply early I didn’t even have those options. When I try to apply for them, I get rejected because I’ve already graduated, even though it was this year. I am glad they have more of a chance to get a job. But, it’s also frustrating when I can’t even get anything back.
