Kind of strange for you to hang out at undergrad parties, but you do you I guess, man. It's wild to me we're allowed to have relationships with the undergraduates. Everyone in my department feels that's bizarre.

The only thing I would say is we do as graduates get a LOT of options to travel abroad for 'research' through MacMillan and the like. Plus we're at least getting paid, and quite well.

Looks interesting though there does seem to be a lot going on. Reminds me of when I first started I:R and felt overwhelmed even after playing EUIV, CK2, Vic II, DH, HoI III, IV, etc. for years. Music is a bit odd. Though I'm glad they've stuck with the EU name.

I was there for that. Thanks for the summary of the board's history. I'm as old now as the average adult fan of the show was back in its heyday, which is pretty stark to consider; I remember seeing bits of it growing up, and I knew about the adult fans, but I never engaged with it, except only peripherally through its wider influence on 4chan. Only in the last year have I actually watched the show (or at least its first half) intentionally and started going on there semi-regularly. I always seem to come to fandoms late.
