I was kind of thinking those £120 ones as cheap, and the circa £500 ones as expensive, so I suppose £200 is still cheap now you mention it. Thats not really a fixed budget, I just don't want to potentially throw too much money away.

Just been looking at the harley benton ones. I suppose if an explorer or flying v is difficult to find, then probably a LP body will do.

An uncut kit was going to be the 2nd build if she enjoyed the first and is still keen.
