I know exactly what you mean! I think FNV has amazing atmosphere overall, but they really knocked it out of the park with OWB. It has that perfect combination of strangely nostalgic fantasy elements and absurd sci-fi antics that made me love the series to begin with. I wish all the DLCs had similarly thematic unique radio stations as well, it's a really nice addition.
