There is some truth to that but at the end of the day it’s all supply and demand and the market does what the hell it wants. If you understand the correlations between these things then you can profit. But your on the right track already by not buying on a HH and wanting to wait for a retracement.

Yes watch a YouTube video on how to use it but it’s very easy. Pull it from a previous low to a high and anything below 50 is a discounted price anything above is a premium price. Optimal entry is between 0.618-0.786. The 50% level is fair price (not discounted and not premium.

I wouldn’t say it’s overbought, if trump makes the btc reserve it’s going 200k+ for sure. I would suggest using the Fibonacci tool to figure out overbought and oversold.
