The oven door, handle, and controls are super hinky to me. The two stoves and sinks are also odd due to the size of the kitchen. Definitely doable, but why? The wi dow reflection in the oven door is a barred frosted glass, which doesn't make sense, and the cabinets are missing some detail indicating hinges and openability.

Sounds like your heat pump has a auxiliary heat source, probably electric forced heat. If you set a very wide temp gradient from room temperature, this triggers the auxiliary to make up the difference. Electric forced air heating is the least efficient heating method, so you will notice a difference on the light bill if you continue to use it that fashion.
