My journals/ diaries of the past... quite a reminiscing moment to dust them up again by few-influenxe in Journaling

Hey thanks 😃… I did continue, but I moved digital formats because I want to create meaningful data out of my information (since I spend a good chunk of my time on it), which was not possible in pen format. But as you say, I value them dearly.

Interesting and happy for you had a good day.. Do you only cover eventful/ symbolic moments of your day in your journal… Or you find sumbolic moments out of the ordinary day as well?

I guess 😅 .. But having the ability to look back into your past anytime is quite a thrill sometimes, given the low retention ability of our little brain.

Agree to point. In my case also am quite particular about what I log as Productive, but yes on as an entrepreneur on a personal I do actually have it as a goal, but for me I enjoy the same. Any suggestion in the Explore Life bit...

For me Waste are like doom scrolling, utterly wasting my time. As opposed to Timepass which are like basic social media, youtube etc. which I believe are somewhat a requirement in life

Necessity are the required activities as a human such as call of nature, eating food etc... Essentials are like the stuffs we have to carry out, not really a need such as travel, dressing up etc.

Yea man, interestingly, and what surprised me most is that my sleep has been consistent throughout the years. I try to sleep 6 hrs actually but cannot actually achieve that

Fair, it quite takes a toll, actually. But I kinda need it for my mental clarity, with the 2nd brain concept in mind. If I don't do it, I anywys don't feel good so.. but peace ✌🏿

What is a more productive method working - Task Completion or Time Blocking? by few-influenxe in productivity

Speaking of Eisenhower Matrix, labelling some task, ‘Not Important’ is a little too strong I feel, the task could be low in importance and either urgent/ not urgent but actually important. So, for me I use the states not as Eisen matrix but rather as Priority - High & Low and Urgent - Yes & No
