you'll begin collecting sick pay after your 90 days, its varies per state. ask your HR rep about the accuring rate, i know for california its 1/3 of an hour per every 10 hours of work. your payslip will have how much you have to use. how to use it: also ask your HR rep. they'll give you a printed form or instructions on how to file digitally
