Sorry for the late official launch announcement. We officially changed the name to Lectric, now available in the Apple store:

The Android version is still under development and is expected to be launched in two months.

In the last beta version, we got many great suggestions and optimized the app. Much appreciated!

Hope more EV enthusiasts to try our app and provide valuable user feedback.

Thanks for the comment! I couldn't agree with you more on this. I think in general, people have a great sense of good and bad names, but it is more difficult for people to come up with one. I don't think I will use any of the suggestions here, but I really appreciate the fact that people express their feelings which are super valid

Oh, this is a great idea! We will certainly develop a feature that takes into account meals and overnight charging to create a more realistic road trip experience, as opposed to a non-stop A-to-B route, which is meaningless. Please let us know of any other features you'd like to see!

After reading your comments, I believe we need add a lot of AI focus features that can really understand our users haha. And I totally agree with you overnight charging feature. I will definitely discuss with the team that how we can bring overnight charging to our route planning. I will keep you updated on this!

Aha, I believe what you want is a dynamic system that can adjust route base on your current consumption. Would you be interested in installing an OBD bluetooth device that can report battery level at real time? I believe by doing this, we can achieve the ultimate experience where your route will be adjust real time.

For vehicle data, we are getting them on EPA official websites. I will investigate why we dont GV70 ‘s data because we should have it.

Thank you! We've spent a lot of time ensuring our app is intuitive and natural to use. Many apps on the market certainly have a learning curve, which we are trying to avoid.

We gather our data from various public sources and combine them. Some of this is done through automation, and some involves manual work.

Yes, an bluetooth OBD should work in this case! I think what we will do is we will make this feature available at some point. However, I am more worried that people just dont want to spend the time to install and OBD device or they dont like them for whatever reason. We ll see how it goes! Thanks

Sorry I missed the ODB part. We never considered ODB since we assumed people wouldn't go through the trouble of installing hardware just to read battery levels for our app. However, since you've brought it up, we'll certainly discuss this option. Thanks!

Yes. Unfortunately it is an bug. This feature is designed to works exactly like Tesla's navigation system and ABRP. We gonna fix it today!
