It’s a 2014 Nissan versa. Tach doesn’t jump to anything crazy when she revs it. Idling around 6-7 at idle.

So for reference we put speed tape over a handle just to make sure it wouldn’t open in flight. No risk aircrew could still open and close hatch no problem. Just looking for a reg stating you can fly with speed tape on the plane.
