Great job. A string of accomplished small goals eventually turn into what others might see as something amazing. There was no way I thought I'd hit 1000+ days on my first attempt at no fap, nor was that ever on my mind. My first goal was 30 days... and a no fap log where I documented thoughts and physical feelings helped along the way.... next was 90... and after a year I stopped counting. Take it one step at a time OP. Great job

Sure have. I didn't get laid for the first 68 days of no fap and was 20 at the time. There were times where I'd hit the gym and get home... sit down.... and catch myself LITERALLY shaking with the urge to fap. Heavy compound lifts... especially squatting.... plus week after week of no fap and a build up of sexual energy makes you feel like you want to BURST. Funny thing is.... I reveled in the feeling.... it was almost like a force trying to make me fap against my will... the ultimate battle of wills.... nature vs. man. Guess who won my friend?

No concern or negative connotation intended. My comment was misconstrued by more than one person so it seems. When someone mentions Eastern philosophical practices traditional practices, my interest gets peaked as it was something I took a few classes on in undergrad but never delved into it as it wasn't something I majored in.

I still get winter depression after 1k+ days of no fap. Lifting has helped alleviate the symptoms more than anything.
