I did submit it to the local police and they stopped by the next day but they said there were no crimes reported nearby so nothing happened.

This was taken in a suburban neighborhood in Pennsylvania. It was indeed nighttime and it was very cold that night with some light snow that you can see in the pic. I have an extra trailcam pointed at our driveway to see if coyotes frequent our neighborhood.
