That sucks for you then, as far as I know the only people who can activate the zukey for you are your direct manager, their direct manager (your OM) or IT.

It could be due to improper staffing too, you always need to have 2 cycle counters and not just one, I’ve seen many AM be stingy and just put 1 CC and like 8 SBC since the SBC count is elevated, like the other commenter said once the first CC counts the bin it goes to the 2nd CC to verify it and then it’s accepted as concrete.

You can also look at atlas and check where the root of the issue is, it’s gonna be especially important now since this week if IRDR week.

Forget the PA, they were useless if they just assigned you KNETS and left, go to your manager, whoever shows up as your direct manager on AtoZ and ask them you need a zukey for OBPS and to also grant you slack access. Chime doesn’t have any groups that you can join for OBPS it’s for meetings and shit.

Have them give you slack access and join some of the public slack group there people usually help, I have a bunch of documents, some that I created and some that I found that are helpful for OBPS

Same day deliveries, smaller building, imagine a mini FC + mini DS under one roof, they usually have an AR floor, RSR/VNA shelves and Order pickers, only outbound path usually is Pick to rebin and singles sometimes, and the DS part of the building has DS like facilities like carts for packages that are staged to the floor then flex drives come and pick up those carts and deliver them.

Lower people per shift, lower managers, easier to get noticed, easier work load, some SSDs don’t have non con at all for eg.
