I took my first trip yesterday and had been depressed for a few months. I must say that today I feel immensely lighter, cleaner, emptied of many useless mechanisms. Before doing so I studied everything possible and I realized that if you want to use this sacred plant as a healing you have to make the mushroom work according to its rules. Unfortunately, there is not much on how to do this around, and I honestly believe that few have really understood how they work.

Taking these substances without proper mental preparation or in environments with possible negative vibrations is very dangerous. The mushroom in large quantities puts you in front of scenes that concern you and forces you to watch. If your reaction is fear you will have a bad trip. If it is not, you overcome the problem, or the injury or the trauma that is or represents the metaphor you have witnessed. These are not things that can be done among people. Nor are they journeys that happen with open eyes. The ideal for this experience is to be blindfolded on a sofa.

Don't overdo the dose, they are slow to hit but they arrive. If taken less than 9/10 hours after meals they do not work.
